Module 3 contains an explanation of regulatory agencies governing real estate, including the function of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), the structure and powers of the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC), the purpose of the Real Estate Education and Research Foundation, the role of the Division of Real Estate (DRE), and the different status of licenses.
